Sausage Pasta Skillet – Little Bits – Mike made this for me as a postponed Valentine’s Dinner, sooo good.

Quesadillas & Soup

Beans & Cornbread (dinner for less than $1! – no shame)

Egg & Cheese bagels (I got some bagel thins for this)

 

And most importantly desserts:

The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie – Lil Luna

Brown Sugar Blondies – Baked Perfection – made these for our postponed Valentine’s Dinner dessert and ho-lee cow, it’s delicious

I really appreciate the quick and healthy recipe ideas since I don’t have too much time for cooking with your little niece around! That sausage pasta skillet looks great! And then of course the cookies… But I need no encouragement in eating chocolate these days 😉
